Company​

Food Nord was created 1st July, 2014. Food Nord is owned by a Danish family who since 1993 have worked in milk and whey. At that time, the primary business was to produce high quality poducts made from milk and whey. Rawmateriels which came from the small farms nearby.

In good old fashion ways, the products were produced and sold with attention to the products and care of clients.

During the upcomming years the business started to change. There was a lack of understanding how milk and whey could be used in better ways. We started to study the terms of functionel ingredients

and how dairy ingredients could be produced as cost-saving ingredients and used in production of different food and beverages.

Today, Food Nord is a modern company. We hold receipes for many types of dairy ingredients for the B2B market. We export to many countries and our company is lead by high skilled employees

who walks the extra mile for our clients.

Responsibility – CSR

Our biggest responsibility at Food Nord has always been to make the best possible use of milk and whey – our key raw materials.

But we have other responsibilities. The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals have set a new agenda for people, planet and prosperity that we are integrating in our business approach.

We are supporting various NGO and other organisations who work for a better enviroment like Oceans2clean who cleans up our Oceans removing plastic and other materiels.
