Food Nord are registered within the Danish Veterinary and Food Department. We supply all relevant documents with the shipments.

  • We meticulously trace each product from its origin—whether it’s a cow or a field—through the
    production process to the final customer. Every step is monitored and inspected by the Danish
    Veterinary & Food Department through annual audits. By the end of 2024, we will implement a
    barcode system on every package. This barcode will enable our clients to seamlessly integrate
    with their traceability systems, allowing them to track every single ingredient right back to its
    source.

  • Food Nord adheres strictly to HACCP regulations, ensuring traceability and conducting regular analyses on both raw materials and finished products. These analyses are performed by SGS in Hamburg, Germany, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and safety.
